Thank you for placing your order on White Bikes. We will send your package within 48 hours. You will receive your bike in 5-8 days. If you have any questions about shipping dates or specific shipping needs, please contact us directly at support@baicycle.com.

Please note that if we receive a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, please allow for additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to provide an update.

Damage

Baicycle is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received a damaged order, please get in touch with the shipment carrier immediately and file a claim. It is important that you keep all packaging materials and damaged goods intact before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Baicycle is not responsible for any customs, brokerage fees, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
